Never had anything bad to say until walking by today when their dog pushed the door open and ran out and started running circles around my dog and myself. Neither of the dogs were aggressive towards each other but I was instantly on edge because mine has been attacked in the past. I yelled at the owner once he finally came outside that his dog should be on a leash or shouldn't be allowed to come outside on his own.
