First time in to return an eBay purchase (the seller sent the wrong item). A man comes out, not unpleasant but not friendly, and I show him the QR code sent to me by eBay Returns. He tells me it'll be $3 to print the label. The whole thing is already a disappointing experience, waiting for a needed purchase that is incorrect, the time and distraction to return it by a postal service , and now $3 to print a piece of paper that I think is normally free or part of a service (paid for by a seller).
