Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
Been here for years and understand pricing increases but to do a very major price increase with only a 15 day notice is kind of shady especially if you always pay a year in advance. When the pricing was brought up to the service person, they basically stated that they could close the box and I could maybe find something cheaper elsewhere. I may just do that. I never thought a long term customer would be treated like that. This makes me realize more and more why Santa Fe is changing in very negative ways.
Prompt friendly service! That's why I continue to use Mail Call services!
