I visited this place after scheduling a fingerprint appointment for work purposes. They had plenty of availability in the afternoon. I was given clear instructions about what to bring and that i would need to bring my appointment number. As I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised that it’s so much more than a fingerprint spot. They had private mailboxes, gifts from local vendors, and anything you need for mailing purposes. I mailed a package to Germany in early February for $241, and 3.5 months later I finally get it returned to me because of clerical errors made at this location. The owner was not willing to look into it the first time (one month in) without me telling her I expected better customer service, and resulted in a total of 3 trips to this location, 3 trips to the USPS, and a few lengthy phone calls to the International Investigation Dept., totaling over 9 hours of my time wasted.
