We have not been happy with Maidtopia. In 7 months we were with them, there were a few items treated roughly (shelves knocked off wall; air conditioner vent knocked out of window; wall hangings accidentally knocked off multiple times); the cleaner was regularly late with a different excuse most visits (flat tire, traffic, behind a funeral procession, stuck in mud, held up by train, alarm didn’t go off, car trouble, road shut down, had to stop for cleaning supplies — these are literal excuses documented via texts); and cleane... read more
