Cleaners stole my dawn dish soap, admitted to doing so via whatsapp, then ghosted me. Very bizarre!! I don’t care about $5 worth of soap, obviously, but I needed it and it wasn’t there this morning. Had to go to the store. SUPER AGGRAVATING as I’m paying a maid to save myself time. Not cost myself time and frustration. Then getting ghosted was not the best user experience. These cleaners did a fantastic job getting my Palisades home ready to move back into after remediation and painting were complete. So, good, I hired them again for the move out inspection of the condo we lived at post-fire. Highly recommend!
