Honestly it would’ve looked better if I did it myself. I was at work when they came and my roommate was at the house. He told me they didn’t even take off their shoes when they entered our house they cleaned the toilet and rearranged stuff in my bathroom but didn’t clean much else. Cleaners stole my dawn dish soap, admitted to doing so via whatsapp, then ghosted me. Very bizarre!! I don’t care about $5 worth of soap, obviously, but I needed it and it wasn’t there this morning. Had to go to the store. SUPER AGGRAVATING as I’m paying a maid to save myself time. Not cost myself time and frustration. Then getting ghosted was not the best user experience. These cleaners did a fantastic job getting my Palisades home ready to move back into after remediation and painting were complete. So, good, I hired them again for the move out inspection of the condo we lived at post-fire. Highly recommend!
