Had our air ducts cleaned after noticing a dusty odor. Evan, the technician, was diligent and showed us the muck they cleaned. He discovered a little plastic toy in one vent, maybe from a birthday party years ago, that was causing airflow problems. The cleaning process was thorough, but the air now smells fresh.
