Contracted for a move-in clean prior to moving in so house was completely empty. Gentleman showed up to clean, he was late with no call to advise. Said 4 hours to clean he was actually here 6 hours in an empty house……There was a mixup in the office (per their say so) he was told to do a deep clean instead of a move-in clean.
