I hired this company to come out for biweekly cleans. They quoted me 4 hours at $35 an hour (knocked down to $32.50 if you are flexible on time). They add a cleaning supply fee, and then you have to pay taxes. All said and down, it ended up being $148.30 for my 1,300 square fr house. The cleaner showed up at 8 and left at 11:30. I used the service for years...but they cannot keep employees and they were often unable to make the scheduled date/time. Canceled today. I was contacted a week ago to say that they wouldn't have someone available to clean at the appointed day/time. I mentioned that I had house guests coming and asked if I need to find another service. Used their services for two years...particularly because there was a certain cleaner that I liked a lot. Once she left, I decided to discontinue MAT but they told me they would give me discount to try a new “highly rated cleaner.” This person was supposed to be over for 3 hrs, she arrived 30 minutes late, quickly cleaned and left within 1.5hrs. My wife booked maids around town and a couple came and it was marina and diego. And they did wonders to the place I was putting up for sale! Highly recommend both marina and Diego!
