Very poor service all the way around! I wasted my time and my money the only upside is that I had purchased a coupon on Living Social for a 4 hour house cleaning and didn't pay the full price! My house was actually cleaner before they came!! I emailed the company photos of my entire home (I wish I could say that the 3 above were the only issues!) as well as a copy of their "what can I expect" list from their site with yes/no beside each item listed.
