The team alone were so understanding, kind and detailed with the clean, I could not have asked for a better job. They were even kind enough to speak words of wisdom to me this morning, which made my day so much better again team I will highly recommend others to this company.
Bethany & Tom were AWESOME! They came out to Fox Island and were on time, excellent, efficient, and helped us tremendously by taking large boxes to our dumpster since my hubby's got a bad hip and I am disabled. They finished everything and more in their scheduled time and Stephanie was kind enough to assign them to our regular cleaning schedule because we liked their team work and the way the house sparkles! Thanks so much!!!
We are so pleased with the service we got from MaidPro! We had Cody and Quincy as our pros, and they were both fast, efficient, courteous and explained the details of the 48-point checklist very clearly. I loved that the products they use are not super fragranced. They were careful to ask before starting a vacuum or anything to make sure they were not intruding or making too much noise. Stephanie was super helpful in accommodating my poor planning and short notice request for a deep cleaning. I would definitely utilize this service again. Any areas that were spotless were likely due to my lack of experience with having my home deep cleaned and making areas accessible. Super happy with the collective experience.
This is a review for 2 services that I used. I have a duplex that I'm having new tenants move into so I needed a deep cleaning service. The main house is pretty large and the tenants did an ok job before leaving. Stephanie and her team of 4 did a great job of areas the tenants missed.
