Carrie and Leeanna were here today and my house looks great. They even vacuumed in corners I rarely ever got to. I appreciate them and the great job they do.
Octavia, Harley and Emmy did a wonderful job on my home. Their attention to detail was top notch and all were very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend Maid Pro if Lake Norman and these three ladies for the cleaning of your home.
We used MaidPro for about 6 months of biweekly cleanings. As others said, the initial cleaning and first few months were excellent. However, over time the quality definitely declined. Originally the ladies spent 3-4 hours in our home, and then it dwindled to less than 2 hours. Our last few cleanings were really bad with only basic cleaning done and many areas missed.
