Unprofessional, not transparent and overpriced (apparently?) The cleaning job itself was decent. I have a 2B, overall cleanly apartment so I wasn’t really impressed with the attention to the minute details I was hoping to see with a professional cleaning service. Therefore, after my first clean, I decided to cancel services. I emailed the office manager 3 times without a response.
