UPDATE... I've been a customer since 2019, and the level of service provided by most of the cleaning staff has consistently been high. However, I have decided to discontinue services due to the following reasons: 1. Lack of Communication: In the past, I greatly appreciated proactive updates when the requested cleaner was unavailable or would be delayed.
