My house hasn't been so clean since I moved in! Excellent service.
They are always flexible and punctual - they ask if there is anything they missed that I would like them to address .. very thorough!
Do not use this service. They will only waste your time. I had more than one appointment where they did not communicate with me and push the time back by literally hours. When they tried to make up for it and said they would come first thing the next day they were again late and pushed the time to another three hpurs. Their services pretty expensive and it’s not worth it if they’re not gonna show up on time. Also chelsy Said that she would communicate with me and did not even though I asked her to. Our cleaners, Betty and Diana, did a fantastic job on our home! With our two kids and a dog, we are so thankful that our home is at least clean for the Holidays haha.
The MaidPro team did a sparkling clean. When a light fixture broke during cleaning, the management team made it right. I really appreciated that kind of integrity.
