Another night at maidpro almost done
It has been 2 months since I have contacted them and these people have never once called or emailed me. Furthermore, if you read closely to the reviews of this agency, the language of the reviews sound similar with same use of descriptions and exaggerated claims. They don't sound they were written by different people.
Amazing Service This is the only house cleaning company I've ever encountered that actually listens to my issues/concerns and resolves them. The Maid Pro office always handles my requests with ease. They are the best maid service I have ever used and I'm glad I found them! (Edited December 30, 2008)
Cannot Recommend this Service In 2007 a Maid Pro staff created some serious damage to my house. The company took 11 months to address the problem and reimburse me for the damage. The owner didn't bother to get in touch with me over the 11 months. I had to request the assistance of the Maid Pro Franchise President to resolve this matter. This year another incident happened and despite the owner's promises to reimburse me for the damage, which was quite small actually, the owner is now refusing to pay despite her personal guar... read more
I have tried other maid services and they just couldn't follow my simple instructions. I had just about given up when I found MaidPro. I want to say they are amazing, but really they just do what they say they will do...which apparently in the world of house cleaning is amazing. They always send the same person, she always arrives in the time period they say, she follows all of my instructions, she cleans very well, and the office manager is very competent. Wow!
