MaidPro Brooklyn did an amazing job! They covered the whole house with precision accuracy and did not stop until the job was done! My floor is now sparkling and I will be calling them back frequently. They were very personable and friendly as well! Thanks again for the great work.

This Maid Pro is not a real franchise of Maid Pro. I called and left messages and Alan does not respond. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Alan never answers the phone or responds to messages. All I needed was a quote and after multiple attempts no response. I called the office, was told to fill out the online form and someone would get back to me. no one did. forget them.

I've used MaidPro for the last few years and have never been disappointed. My home is practically sparkling when they're done. I really appreciate the amount of work that gets done in both the kitchen and bathroom most of all. Those rooms show what the difference between a good cleaning service and a great one. They do a great job cleaning my home.

I have been using MaidPro for several months now and I am overall satisfied with my experiences. If the lady who does my apartment forgets to do something, I contact the office and it is immediately corrected. I would recommend this service to anyone I know.
