I hired maidpro for a deep cleaning of a home that I was preparing for sale. I had a list of specific requests such as cleaning the baseboards, and the cleaning job was unsatisfactory and did not address my explicit requests. They also broke some property in the bathroom. Maidpro did not respond to my request for a refund and not only did they not respond to my complaint, they charged me ANOTHER cleaning fee for a non-existent service ($610!) Straight up fraudulent charge
If I could rate zero stars I would. Hired for a move out clean of just the kitchen. Spent multiple hours and only managed to clean (and break) the refrigerator. Nothing else was touched. It does not take multiple people multiple hours to clean one refrigerator.
We started with Maid Pro back in October and they did a great job of getting their to us quickly and getting a good baseline clean. We had them come every two weeks for a few months and then tried to go to every three weeks and once we started changing the schedule, things got a bit confused as we never were really able to communicate Well to get the clean that we were hoping for. Madee did a fabulous job today! She was by herself, and she worked hard the whole time she was here. My house looks great!
Due to a hip fracture I had difficulty cleaning my home. Maid Pro has been an amazing help. Our cleaner, Madalynn, does an excellent job cleaning, she is efficient and thoughtful. Thank you Maid Pro!
