Chani came on time to clean my apartment and she was absolutely AMAZING & just PROFESSIONAL and AWESOME to be around and work with. She understood I have spine and shoulder health conditions which limits what I can do right now and she was very empathetic & made me as comfortable as possible. There were items missed during my first scheduled cleaning with MaidPro, I contacted them and they corrected this immediately and sent out La-Nisha the very next morning. La-Nisha did an excellent job cleaning the missed items, she was prompt, listened to my concerns and cleaned beautifully. She went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I would like to request La-Nisha for all of my future cleanings.
