I specifically asked for certain cleaning services (we just moved in and I wanted baseboards, window sills and walls dusted in addition to basic cleaning services). There were still cobwebs on all three surfaces. Even some of the basic cleaning wasn't thorough enough for the money that was charged.
Michael was very profesional and followed up and through every step of the way. The cleaning staff was profesional and experienced. They cleaned EVERYTHING. I am very happy with maid pro and would def. use them again. Spyro

This was a special move in clean with only bathrooms and kitchen cleaning done- bathrooms appeared clean and smelled fresh- kitchen cabinets were wiped down,but oven wasn't cleaned,nor were the racks.What was done was done well,but there was no mopping of floors or vacuuming due to the movers being there at the same time.

The good thing was the availability. We needed someone quickly as we were moving and the date was moved up last minute. We needed a final cleaning for a final walk through. Considering the house was empty, we expected a better job.
