I hired MaidPro for a post-construction/move-in clean of our new home. At first, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. MaidPro sent back another crew, and we still had issues with the clean to the point where I just wanted a refund. My initial cleaning was not to my satisfaction, however, within the next hour the company sent out their two best employees, Tania and Maribel. Vanessa was assigned to provide cleaning service for my first service from MaidPro. She was a "jewel" to work with during her visit. Vanessa was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning my home and making it sparkling clean! She covered all services and paid attention to details while cleaning. Vanessa was friendly and demonstrated care in our communications. I would love to have Vanessa return to my home!
Fast, efficient, professional service. Elise, Rosemarie and Mark did a great job. My kitchen appliances sparkled after they finished the kitchen. They also got all the hair out of my carpet, which is impressive. They did in an hour what would have taken me 2 days to do. Many thanks to these three.
The house sparkled. The bathroom was left a mess by the tenant and it looks great and took a lot of work. Chani, Raul, & Elise were kind, professional and did a great job. I called the office to get clarification on pricing and they were very kind and understanding when explaining it to me. They are very customer oriented. We are very happy with our service & recommend them highly.
