We had a good experience with this company until recently. They have very inconsistent maids so it's a toss-up if it's a good experience or not. The team they recently have started sending did a rush cleaning job every time and got visibly annoyed when I asked them to redo certain areas which clearly were still dirty. They also complained to their manager, who then rudely confronted me over the phone about how picky and particular I was instead of asking his team to do a better job.
