I've been using MaidPro for months now and cannot recommend them enough. Their cleaners are consistent and leave my home looking spectacular. I've had to reschedule a few cleanings, both Maria M. and Jessica G. were super helpful with this. I did have an incident a few months ago where a cleaner accidentally damaged something in our home. I contacted MaidPro and spoke with their Director of Operations, Christian who helped rectify the situation immediately. Maid pro came and did a deep clean in my bathroom. The gal did an amazing job and chrome is shining again! Definitely will call them again.
What a joke of a company... made a appointment for sep 14th.. they told me the windows is from 11-3 pm... then a few days later they tell me sorry we dont have that time available and try to change a time they had already given me.. terrible communication.. why tell someone a day and time ya can do a job..make them accommodate your schedule.. then ya cancel and try to make them re book... absolutely unacceptable.. plenty other maid company's.. find one that will actually show up when they say they will..
