It was so nice to have a deep and thorough cleaning – my rooms literally sparkled. The improvement was remarkably noticeable. It was so nice to have all the “tough jobs” done that no one in my family wants to do. 😉 I appreciated how she wore foot covers and handled all our personal effects gently. She thanked me and said she really enjoyed cleaning my home. When I expressed embarrassment about the dirty state of my home, she was so polite and made me feel at ease by saying it was satisfying. Very professional.
