Super honest review. Scheduled a deep cleaning for my kitchen and bathroom only. The lady they sent, she was through, maybe too through to the point that she ran over her time by 30 minutes and missed 2 major steps in the cleaning. I wasn't upset or mad. Contacted customer service, spoke with Yvonne. Super polite and helpful! Was able to reschedule for someone to come out and redo what wasnt done. Was offered a personal walk thru after, I declined. Quick and easy scheduling! Job was done well and efficiently! Definitely scheduling for bi weekly services!
The job was not completed. The master bedroom was not vacuumed and living room windows not cleaned.

When I booked my appointment for move out clean over the phone, I was told a 9am arrival time. This was important as I had carpet cleaners coming at 1230pm and wanted to make sure the upstairs bedrooms would be cleaned prior to carpets. I was reassured over the phone that it wouldn’t be a problem. At 9 am when no one had showed yet I called and was told they’d be arriving by 1130, 1130 came and went- at 1220pm cleaners arrived at the same time as carpet cleaning co, discussed with both teams the plan and they agreed to work ... read more
