I believe my Pro, whose name I’ll withhold to protect her from pro-poachers, should be promoted to a full-time trainer/field trainer as soon as possible—provided she trains her replacement for me. In my experience over the past 7-8 years across two homes, I’ve only made this recommendation twice. I was correct the first time, and I am confident this time as well.
