The people seem friendly but don't always show up on time. I went back and forth with who I'm guessing is the owner and told her that any extra time over the hours we agreed upon in the original estimate must be approved by me first. They want to add an extra 15 minutes here and 30 minutes there when my house is probably the cleanest and most well kept out of all the houses they clean.
