AVOID THIS OVERPRICED SERVICE: Paid for a deep clean, got a quick wipe down! I paid $609.82 for a deep clean that was supposed to take 7.5+ hrs, but the cleaners stayed only 2.5 to 3 hrs and left major areas dirty. I provided photos/videos and called repeatedly. Every time, I was told management would call me back with a solution, but 11 days later, no one ever followed up. They did not honor their promises, and I had to file a BBB complaint just to get a response.
On the 4th of September Maid Pro Lily cleaned my house. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Every room looks spotless and fresh with attention paid to all the little details. Another 5 star performance by a cleaner from MaidPro.
Terri is outstanding! She is very thorough and also works fast! I love coming home and my house looks brand new! Terri you are amazing and we appreciate you so much!
