Absolutely terrible service. They charged around $550 for a “deep clean” and they were here about two hours with only two people. The house was not even broom clean, furniture was not vacuumed, major areas not dusted, counter was sticky, and I seriously question whether they even mopped. I called with 10 minutes of coming home and demanded a refund. I’ll update once this is resolved. I gave them a second chance because the first time was also pretty bad. Never again.
We have been with them for about 1 year, we are super happy with their work. Highly recommended!!
These cleaners will be in and out of your house as fast as possible. They don't take the time to provide quality cleaning for the money they charge. Was told that in order for them to spend more time / attention to detail, I would have to pay more which makes no sense to me, that's not what I was told when I first signed up for this service.
