I have used this service in the past, and the house cleaners are on time and do an adequate job. This time, when I called to schedule an appointment, they said the soonest appointment they had was a week away. An hour before the scheduled appointment I received a call from Jennifer (office manager?) and was told that one of the house cleaner’s car broke down and they would have to reschedule.
