If there was a zero star, that's what I'd give. They never showed up for the appointment at my house. No call or explanation given. When I called any of the numbers listed for this company, I only got "Michelle" at the answering service who could only contact the owner Nicole by email (so she says). I called so many times that the answering service stopped answering my calls. I have yet to receive a call from Nicole or anyone with this company. My wife engaged MaidKean through Groupon. MaidKlean refused to honor the purchase and they stated they were only using Groupon to "advertise". What kind of idiots do that? Again, Maidklean refused to honor their Groupon and wanted to charge my wife additional for the service. I highly recommend that everyone avoid Maidklean like the plague. If there was a lower than one-star rating, I'd use it.
I thought the price was extremely reasonable but now I am seeing why...Upon initial review of the house, it looked good. But i later found that one room was not really cleaned (windows were skipped, bookcase not dusted, baseboards not wiped down), my fridge had parts and pieces sitting on the kitchen table, and the kitchen counters weren't really cleaned. I reached out within 24 hours per the Terms & Conditions that are provided but have received no return call or email.
