I have been a happy and content resident of Maiden Square Apartments for 18 years. It’s quiet and cozy and I have fantastic neighbors. Anytime something in the apartment needs maintained it is always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. Jen is always so helpful and greatly appreciated by so many. I will continue to recommend Maiden Square Apartments to everyone!
I’ve lived in Maiden Square for 3 years and it’s the best place I’ve lived so far. It’s very quiet, close to everything in town, & clean. Jen the property manger keeps you informed with anything going on. These apartments are by far the best price in Washington for a 2 bedroom!
I moved to Maiden Square Apartments last Nov and love it! It is a safe place to live for me and I plan on staying here. All of management is always helpful and quick to respond to my requests when needed. They put the tenants first. It is a very diverse community and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
I've lived in Maiden Square for nine years because of the location, convenience, value, and overall good experience. It's hard to find anything comparable in the Washington area.
I’m living here for the second time! It fits my needs and so close to shopping and my doctors.It’s a quiet area, and friendly. Maintenance is always prompt. The manager Jen informs us of any issues and returns calls when needed. I don’t intend to move from here.
