Incredible products and honestly incredible customer service. I placed an order while the salon was closed and they expressed posted it to me. Will continue shopping with them in the future.
I went to a salon and got weft extensions installed which were supplied by maiden. They were snapping, shedding, 5 different shades of orange black red and blonde two months in. I contacted them and they deflected responsibility and accused it of being my fault for not purchasing their products. $700 wasted. Please if you’re considering coming here or going to a salon who uses their products reconsider. I ended up getting my new wefts from heartbreaker hair extensions and they’re beautiful 5 months in.
I can’t recommend Jessica at Maiden Hair Extensions enough. Every time I go to see her, she makes me feel so good not just about my hair, but about myself. She genuinely cares, listens, and takes the time to understand exactly what you want. Her attention to detail is incredible and her work is always beautiful, natural, and flawless. Absolutely terrible experience — do not recommend. I went to Maiden Hair to have my extensions removed and replaced, and to lift and dye my naturally dark brown hair to a hot vibrant pink as I specifically requested. What I received was a dull red/plum colour that looked nothing like what I asked for and only lasted about two washes.
