really bad quality i oredered the Heart and Soul flowers from them, when they were delievered they did not look anything like a heart they looked more like just a normal bouquet of flowers.Plus the flowers looked like they were wilting or that they were old flowers. When i called them about it all they could say is that it is a very hard design to do and that if i wanted i could exchange them for something else. Absolutely the best! I ordered a Funeral Arrangement via their website oswegoflorist.com. I then called to see if they had all flowers that were in my chosen design. They allowed me to speak to a designer.She assured me that she had all the flowers as pictured & would design a piece that I would be very proud of. A piece that would express my sincere condolences as this was a very special person to me. I was astounded at the beauty of my floral arrangement. It was truly representative of my feelings. Outstanding florist!!
