The owner is an angry man. You can’t give him any feedback about the company thats not positive. Anything negative you say, he will try to gaslight you and bully you. Use at your own risk
We’ve had an amazing experience with Maid Up Cleaners over the past few months! We started with a deep cleaning and were so impressed that we immediately transitioned to bi-weekly recurring cleanings. The initial deep clean left our home spotless, and the first standard cleaning was also great. I don’t usually do reviews but the service is HORRIBLE. Today’s service was a redo from the first scheduled service. This is the second occurrence. Floors were not swept/mopped, Shower/tile was not cleaned, and bath countertops not cleaned.. When I brought these concerns to the housekeepers attention, she stated she used windex to clean the bathrooms. Save yourself the money and the hassle

The biggest issue with this company was not just the cleaning itself, but how the operations manager, Jacob, handled the situation when I reached out afterward. When I first mentioned that the cleaning was not up to standard, Jacob immediately told me I should have been booked for a deep cleaning instead. I would have been fine with that explanation if it made sense, but it doesn’t.
