They claim that they cleaned carpets in vacant apartment but I can tell that they did not. Probably just vacuumed at the most. There is not a trace from carpet cleaning wand, shampoo smell or moisture on carpets as typically left after carpet cleaning. Guy was nice on phone until I mentioned that if that is how they cleaned the carpets, I will not recommend them to anybody, he abruptly ended conversation and HUNG UP!
