Hands down, the absolute worst cleaning service in the Orlando area. I've dealt with a multitude of cleaning companies, and the customer service of this company rivals the worst of them. After providing all information on the residence to be cleaned, I was quoted the same price 3 separate times - each time I called them to confirm, I was quoted the exact same price. From Eddie : Maid to Clean Casselberry, FL damaged my tub. I have used them for years. When I contacted them I was treated very poorly and was advised that the maids blamed faulty doors. I remodeled my home just a few years ago, and the doors are new and in no way faulty. It is going to cost me $300 to refinish the tub that the maids damaged. Highly disappointed in this cleaning service. Fabian had given me a sheet of listed items that would be cleaned each time and that was the expectation that I had. However, it seems like most months that I used this service I had to request that they return because they were very inconsistent with what they chose to clean. I always left out the list of services for the cleaning crew to check over before they left my house to make sure they cleaned what was promised. I also left post it notes around certain areas.
