The rate was as quoted to me. Shannon did an excellent review on our interview meeting. She made me feel very comfortable that cleaning servces to be provided would be very professional. I am very happy with my first cleaning!
I felt the cleaning service was expensive for the amount of actual work accomplished.

The company returned my call right away and was able to accommodate my request for cleaning on the day I needed it. The cleaner, Drew, was very friendly and did a great job. I don't usually have someone clean my house so I am not that familiar with the cost of cleaning services for one-time only. Overall all though, I was very pleased with the company, cleaner, and services.
once booked there needs to be better communication
really liked the young lady who has now been here twice. gets right to work and does a great job. very satiasfied.
I met with Maid on the Spot yesterday and was quite impressed. I am anxious to work with them.
Initial estimate was off by 50%. The staff completes their tasks professionally. Communication is not their strong point and they charge extra when paying with a credit card. I'm sure they would not pay extra to use their personal cards to make purchases.
