This is a terrible company. I am a former employee and was disrespected and treated very poorly. They lie to customers and also are very rude to employees and customers alike. They make excuses because they don't want to do what the customer wants and tell people lies because they can't schedule well. They will hire anyone so I'd watch out who you ask to come in your homes. Never Again! Absolute Worse! Should be investigated! – This is the business to go to if you want the experience from Hell. From their maids, to the administration arena, to management, they're a terrible company to work with. They are not a member of the BBB. Poor Work - Still waiting on – I have used Sooner maids four or five times over the past two years. The service has become very bad. I recently paid $300 for a deep clean. They did not dust the tops of the furniture in the bedroom and other things. Since they guarantee their work they agreed to come out to finish the job. I took off time from work and they did not show up on time. I called and they gave me an excuse of why they were late. worst. service. EVER. – I asked a co worker who she had clean her home and she recommended Sooner Maid. The first time they came there was still dust on several shelves and dog hair on our floor. I was less than impressed but my co worker insisted to try them again but ask for other girls. Awful, Awful service! – We paid for a deep clean the other day and were SO disappointed. When we got home to do a walk through, you couldn't even tell maids had been there. There was lint all over the carpet in mulitple rooms and asked them to vacuumn again. The pantry floor was dirty and asked them to sweep it and at that point they got an attiude so we said to go ahead and leave. A complete blessing! – After a horrible experience with another 'maid service' in the OKC area I contacted Sooner Maid for biweekly recurring service on our 1900 square foot home. Kimberly in the main office took detailed info from me to put together an accurate quote. Don't waste your time or money using Sooner Maid House Cleaning services. I had them come out to do a 4 hour cleaning to dust, vacume, mop, clean the bathrooms, and the kitchen. The bathrooms were not even touched. I could tell that they dusted, but they did not wipe off the counters in the kitchen, and the floor was not cleaned. NEVER hire for a deep clean service in an EMPTY house FOR 7 HOURS – Hired Sooner Maids for deep cleaning for estimated 7 hours to take down cobwebs, clean light fixtures, clean ceiling fans, vents, wood blinds, top of cabinets, then to vacuum/mop.
