I want to preface my review by saying the manager is very helpful, quick and responsive and that she did when I raised issues with my service offer to send someone out later to clean tasks that were missed. I requested the services of Maid Mart to do a clean to prepare the house for a move-in. The house had been lightly cleaned prior but I asked for deep cleaning and also gave a specific list of areas I wanted to be tackled. Of this list I requested 1. We have been using Maid-Mart for a few years now both at the house and at the office. We appreciate that we mostly get the same crews coming in week after week. They do a great job and are receptive to feedback back, on the off chance something isn’t up to standards. They work with our schedule. I recommend Maid-Mart and their staff for your needs out in the Durham area.

We have used Maid Mart for bi-weekly house cleanings for 2 years now. We are very satisfied with their work, They are professional, polite, and receptive to feedback. We generally have the same crew (Carol, EJ, Roy) who know our specific needs, and the same standards are still met when other crews fill in. Beverley is always easy to reach by phone/text for scheduling, questions, or concerns.
We’ve been using Maid-Mart for years and absolutely love this company! Beverly, the owner, is truly one of the nicest people in the world—always warm, kind, and professional. Team Cindy, Angel, and Malou are simply the best. They take such great care of our home, and their attention to detail, efficiency, and friendliness never go unnoticed.
