We have used Maid Mart for bi-weekly house cleanings for 2 years now. We are very satisfied with their work, They are professional, polite, and receptive to feedback. We generally have the same crew (Carol, EJ, Roy) who know our specific needs, and the same standards are still met when other crews fill in. Beverley is always easy to reach by phone/text for scheduling, questions, or concerns.
We have been using Maid-Mart for a few years now both at the house and at the office. We appreciate that we mostly get the same crews coming in week after week. They do a great job and are receptive to feedback back, on the off chance something isn’t up to standards. They work with our schedule.
