They are so disrespectful and rude I had called to schedule service with them and then Lady answered the phone unprofessional and I said yes is this maid magic she said yes and I said I would like service with you guys and she hung up on me is it because I’m BLACK how dare you. I never used y’all service before and I Won’t definitely use it now.
Needed to find a maid service in Montgomery County for a property in Silver Spring. Thought it would be just a 1-time move-in clean, but was beyond impressed with their work and keep them on speed dial now. They could not have been friendlier or more thorough, and left the place shining from top-to-bottom. Would definitely recommend to others!
I have been a customer for about 7 years and I have never been disappointed! I have had the same team always and I trust and love them. The administrative team is so accomodating and helpful. The cleaning team is never slow and I totally recommend them to anyone!
Totally my fault. I had completely forgotten about mothers day. Yes i work too much and my wife works too as a nurse. I called Maid Magic yesterday morning after getting their number from a co-worker who said that she has been a regular client of theirs for over 7 years. Tammy the lady who answered my call was so pleasant and was able to fit me in same day. My wife was so pleased when she came home that we have just decided to schedule them for every two weeks.
