Sandra Torres reached out to me via DM unsolicited, twice. Cleaner showed up at my house (late) and when I greeted her in the driveway she told me she did not speak English, which is not an issue for me. I walked her through and told her multiple times about areas I did not expect to be cleaned. I asked multiple times if this was okay and she stated yes.
