Paul's customer service is extremely poor. And my experience can be corroborated with other customers - monthly service with deliberate declining quality based on mysterious criteria of who they want to serve. When I asked how come my floor is completely not cleaned, instead of resolving the situation, they discontinue their service immediately lying that they do not serve the area. The best cleaning service I've ever had without question. I've been using this service for 3 years and I love my team. They leave everything shining and always have a smile. They send an email reminder 2 days prior to your clean date which very helpful if you're a busy person.
I can't recommend a better cleaning service, the prices are great and the staff is trustworthy and pay attention to detail. The apartment always looks best after they come in and clean it. A great local company to use!
They never showed up and when I called them, the woman was RUDE on the phone .., Also, you would think the owner (Paul I believe) would have called me to reschedule... But never heard from them, Very disappointed!!
