Maid IN HOBOKEN Team#2 Evelyn and Carolina were amazing. They were very thorough detail oriented and great customer service. They also asked before they left was everything efficient giving us a moment to review and suggest if there was anything else needed to be done everything was amazing.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! After being a customer for 3 years, in three different homes, Maid In Hoboken "dropped me" as a customer because I requested a date change (due to summer travel, which should be expected) and to keep my rate flat (instead of hourly) based on what I have always been paying. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I eagerly wanted to get back on track with regularly scheduled cleanings but I was told I would need to pay an upcharge in order for them to come back into my home. When you have an owner like Paul Fried ,who is hands on and treats every customer like his first one ever then there is no way not to use them ! I have been using Maid in Hoboken since the beginning. They do a great job and I always come home to a fresh house. One of my absolute favorite things....they use new mops and rags in every house so no one else’s dirt is coming into my house. So many times I see other cleaning company’s crews standing outside places with the mops sitting in the street...yuck! This doesn’t happen with Maid in Hoboken!
They came to my house today It is the first time I use them very sweet people they did a fantastic job cleaning every room in the house the carpet cleaning came out very well I would use them again and again I give them five stars
