Do NOT use this service, this woman is a SCAMMER, not a cleaner. It pains me to even have to give her 1 star. I decided to go with Maid in Heaven because of the reviews and a good rating on the better business bureau. She came to clean my apartment that I had just moved into and that needed a top-to-bottom clean. I was very specific with Lynn that I'd like her to pay particular attention to the baseboards, radiator, bathroom (and bathroom fan), kitchen, and closets.
