Very poor service! Poor communication and lazy workers....DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CLEANING COMPANY!
Scheduling "system" where you have to email Kevin and hope that he wants to give you a time is ridiculous. They flood your email inbox with spam about openings regularly, however, they don't seem to have the times you want available. Cleaning wasn't thorough at all, they didn't clean our kitchen counters, or cabinet fronts. Overall our interaction with Maid in DC has been terrible.
