*edit: I don't feel like arguing with them below: but it was out of my kindness that I let the damaged shirt issue go but when you charge me a late fee when there's no reason you couldn't have just been let up to the unit then I'm going to expect reimbursement. I'm writing this review after just paying another company to clean what I already paid miami Svc maids to do. I'm completely unsatisfied and I attempted to contact the owner directly and he promised to get back to me and has not. We hired Miami Maids for a move in clean. After 5 hours of 'cleaning' they left thick layers of dust on bedroom ceiling fans, dirt in drawers and closets, only did 2/3 of the windows (which I paid an extra 75 for them to do) to name a few things. If “good help is hard to find” was a business, this business would be it. I’m moving and hired this company to come to the apartment to clean. I emphasized that I needed the fridge, stairs, cabinets and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned. Not even half way through the service, I received a call from the owner telling me that it would take 7-8 hours for two ladies to clean my loft apartment.
