Update: after posting my review I noticed the varnish on my oven handle was stripped away as you can see in the picture it's a hazy white color. The cleaning lady used the wrong kind of cleaner. I called the agency and they had the cleaner come back out to fix it but she was not successfully and didn't offer any resolution. I should have been mindful of the products they used but my mistake for trusting the professionals. I will definitely not be using the agency in the future.

Very satisfied with the referral agency. I was able to book a cleaner the next day. The cleaner was professional and friendly. She did a great job deep cleaning and had me do a walk through to ensure satisfaction. The cleaner was quick and efficient. I appreciated she came with her own cleaning supplies. Will definitely use the service again.

I received the absolute greatest service for my downtown vacation rental. They go above and above to make accommodations for me when I have last-minute bookings or if I fail to schedule a clean!

Excellent service. Very responsive and professional company. My cleaner Cynthia was great. She texted me an hour before that she was on her way and arrived right on time. She was very friendly and proactive. She cleaned thoroughly and left my apartment in impeccable condition. Would hire her again.
