I purchased a Groupon on (I think) May 28th for Maid for a Day. The first time they were scheduled to come (last Mon.) I called when they were 40 minutes late. Half an hour later the owner called back and said the girls had been in a small accident and couldn't come. Could they come on Friday? I said sure, that works out well for me. I was having my house cleaned for a big party on Saturday anyway. Then they were supposed to be at my house at 1 on Friday for the reschedule but never showed. Let me start by saying...i normally do not feel so strong about writing bad reviews until now....maid for a day was an absolute joke and a real rip off...i have to say, being a business owner myself this has to be the poorest service that i've ever seen!! I had purchased their special on groupon approx 1 month prior to scheduling. I had timed it out to be scheduled just at this specific time.
