Maids came during the time frame requested, but I will say that the scheduling process was convoluted. It was a lot of back and forth between the central scheduling office and the local office that actually did the cleaning.
they were very courteous and helpful
The younger woman was excellent and very fast. The older woman was slow and I not as efficient as the younger woman. Also, the older woman did not speak English and I had to ask the younger woman to explain to the older woman what I needed done. This wasted some of my time.
My son and I were moving into the house and I asked that it be "scrubbed clean" I feel like what I got was a "quickie". I've since hired someone else to come in and clean agian. (get rid of cob webs, etc. still left.
I was not at home at the time of the service but my daughter advised me that the cleaning crew had arrived and that they were very courteous and detailed. That evening when I arrived at home I found a thoroughly clean home and I was very pleased with the job done!
