Hired them from a move in/move out w hich entailed a deep cleaning including windows and inside appliances. After viewing the work that was done we requested a refund. The owner agreed to do a partial refund (despite his 100% satisfaction guarantee) but then refunded a different amount. When we reached back out with ADDITIONAL pictures of areas that were just not cleaned he sent us a rude text telling us he had chosen to move on from this matter.
