These Guys are Great! I've had to call these guys 3 times over the past 4 years for both my heat pump and central AC. I've never had to wait more than a few hours, and the guys they sent over were very competent, friendly, and explained everything they were doing.

Poor Customer Relations The Guys who work for this company are terrific. They are friendly, know what they are doing, and are willing to assist in any way-HOWEVER, the Office Staff person is one RUDE and IGNORANT Lady. She has no idea what it means to service a customer AFTER she has the check in her hands. POOR POOR POOR-She should be FIRED

These Guys are Great! I've had to call these guys 3 times over the past 4 years for both my heat pump and central AC. I've never had to wait more than a few hours, and the guys they sent over were very competent, friendly, and explained everything they were doing. Regarding the other people complaining about the lady, every time I call I get a guy. He's perhaps a little rough around the collar, but quite friendly and helpful.
