Have yet to move in but Elise was very quick and responsive to help me get settled with a place in Pacific Beach. Couldn't be more excited!
I rented an apartment in Pacific Beach for 3 years through this company. They were very responsive to my requests, added lights for security around the property while I lived there, increased rent very modestly over time, and were very fair on deposit return after moving out. Elise was a great contact to work with, thanks for the easy tenancy!
