Review for Mai Orthodontics I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my son and I received from Mai Orthodontics after being loyal patients and paying over $10,000 for his braces and treatment. While everything was smooth during the payment phase, the moment our balance was paid off and his braces were removed, the level of care and professionalism drastically declined.
