Mai was extremely unprofessional. I asked her to give me layers in my hair, but she cut a big chunk out, leaving me with a bald spot. I was so sad and emotional. When I asked her why she did this, she seemed indifferent and was very rude. I’m extremely disappointed with this hairstylist and would not recommend her.
I made an appointment 3 hours prior, come to show she was not there but her son was, no call about needing to reschedule. Lost my business for life.
Great highlights. Gave me free haircut and curls as well.
I love going here, she does exactly what I want. So friendly and a great price!
I recently moved to Marysville, so went for the first time. I got my hair dyed and cut, and I am very satisfied! What surprised me the most was the reasonable price. I'm so happy to have found my favorite hair salon so quickly! Thank you Mai Lynn!!
